'We thought he was older': Couple Adopts a Completely Normal Kitten, but the Fluffy Feline Just Keeps Growing, Turns Out It Was a Giant Norwegian Forest Cat All Along

Cats always come with surprises. You never know exactly what you might get. Each cat is different and comes with a different set of quirks. Some cats love bread for some reason, and will fight you for the chance to get at a slice. Some cats have emotional support snap peas, and you are going to have to be okay with that because it makes them happy. Some cats fight almonds for no clear reason, and it is your job to change them out once they get destroyed. 

And some cats surprise you even earlier in life. You don't need to wait for their quirks to appear. You just need to… wait. Some cats deceive their humans with their itty bitty size, like this one did. This couple thought that they got a regular kitty, but it was not. Turns out it was a giant, beautiful, fluffy Norwegian forest cat, and now, this couple has much more cat to love.

    Oh, as if you are complaining. You are not allowed to complain about good things. You got more cat than you intended to have. That is a good thing. It means you have more cat to love. And the more cat there is to love, the happier you should be.

    When we got him they said he was 10 weeks old. We thought no way cause he was way too big as a kitten. We thought he was older. This is after a year.

    That should have been your first clue. If the kitten's ears are too big for its head, chances are that it still has some growing to do. If the paws seem a bit too pawlicious, then they are not quite there yet. You should have known, but you didn't, so you got quite a nice surprise.
